Youll also receive weekly articles about health, wellbeing, nutrition and activity, healthy recipes and workout videos with expert coaching and techniques. With advice and encouragement to keep you motivated, Kiqplan will help you get to where you want to be.
Pair With Fitness Tracker:
Pair Kiqplan with your Fitbug, Jawbone, Fitbit or Withings device and more. (See Kiqplan.com/connect). Your fitness tracker will automatically send your steps and sleeping patterns to Kiqplan where we will use your stats to calculate personal targets for the following week.
Kiqplan integrates with Apple Health app.
